Pierce Brosnan and Beau St. Clair formed their Los Angeles-based production company, Irish DreamTime, in 1996. Since then the company has produced films in both the independent world as well as the studio realm. Irish DreamTime’s first production, The Nephew, was set in Brosnan’s homeland of Ireland, and starred Donal McCann, Sinead Cusack and Niall Toibin alongside Brosnan. The company next served as Executive Producer on the Propaganda film The Match, a Scottish comedy starring Max Beesley, Richard E. Grant, Tom Sizemore and Ian Holm.

The partnership’s third venture in less than three years was producing MGM’s 1999 remake of The Thomas Crown Affair, directed by John McTiernan, which starred Brosnan, Rene Russo and Denis Leary.

Irish DreamTime’s next two movies had them return to Ireland for filming. Evelyn, with Brosnan playing a single father fighting to keep him family together, was directed by Bruce Beresford and starred Brosnan, Aidan Quinn, Julianna Margulies, Stephen Rea, John Lynch and Alan Bates. Laws of Attraction, a romantic comedy, starred Julianne Moore opposite Brosnan and was directed by Peter Howitt.

Irish DreamTime’s sixth film, the character-driven black comedy/thriller The Matador, took the company to Mexico City. Brosnan starred, alongside Greg Kinnear and Hope Davis. The Matador was released in December 2005 to critical raves, earning Brosnan a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical.

In Spring 2006, Irish DreamTime went on location to Vancouver and Chicago to film Shattered. This tense psychological thriller is directed by Mike Barker and penned by William Morrissey, starring Maria Bello, Gerard Butler and Brosnan.

Premiering at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival, The Greatest pairs Brosnan and Susan Sarandon as parents grieving the loss of their son.

2014 brought the release of The November Man through Relativity Media. Ushering Brosnan back into the spy game, The November Man was helmed by Roger Donaldson and written by Mike Finch and Karl Gajdusek. November Man 2 is currently in the works.

Next up is How to Make Love Like an Englishman to be released by Saban Films in 2015. Englishman stars Pierce Brosnan, Salma Hayek and Jessica Alba in a comedic and heartwarming romance.

Irish DreamTime is currently developing a slate of film and television projects, including the next installment of The November Man franchise, a mini-series for Spike TV, a thriller about a cyber terrorist, and more.
